For the year ended 30 June 2026. Please send the items below that apply to your trust.
One key thing: any bank or loan statement must cover the full year — 1 July 2025 to 30 June 2026 (please check the start/end dates).
What's new for FY2026
The handful of changes most likely to matter for your trust this year.
Resolutions by 30 June — we handle it. Trustee distributions must be resolved by 30 June; we prepare these for you, so there's nothing to do.
Super is now 12%. If the trust employs anyone, pay the April–June super by 28 July to keep the deduction.
Distributions under the microscope. The ATO is scrutinising trust distributions (validity, non-resident and 'round-robin' arrangements) — we'll make sure yours are done right.
Budget 2026-27 (not law yet). We'll flag anything relevant before you act.
